SHIPPING INFORMATION
Custom orders are not returnable. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
The purchaser should
inspect the items on arrival and determine if there are any
shortages or damages and notify Fun Matters immediately. Shipping
rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Currently we ship
anywhere in the continental U.S. using UPS delivery unless otherwise
stated. For UPS ground shipments your order should arrive within 1-7
business days depending on where you live. We will notify you if there
is a further delay. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. On backorders although we try to stock all of our products, backorders might occur. We will notify you of any backorders.
